The TwinVal Approach
A continuous pipeline from sensor to seal.
TwinVal ingests live readings from building-grade IoT sensors — structural, environmental, electrical, utility. Each stream is conditioned using a Savitzky–Golay filter and z-score normalisation before entering the digital twin.
The twin computes five technical indicators — SHF, ESF, USS, PDP, CI — against thresholds independently certified by licensed engineers. These resolve into a Real-Time Property Market Value (RTPMV) anchored to the government valuation baseline.
Every RTPMV cycle is hashed and linked to the previous cycle — a continuous chain of cryptographic proof that no later party can alter without detection.
